with Coach Nico Rithner

Personal training is a great opportunity to get the instructor's full attention and to fine tune technique and movement flaws.
I am a teacher and when I spend an hour with a client I want to make sure we are well in our way to achieve his or her goals and that my student is acquiring the skills. I like when students come back to fine tune or learn something new and not because they can't train on their own. I know, this is a "bad" business model but if you have done any research on me you would know my approach to training is centered on long term training and developing high level skills not on creating dependency.

I can help you

First and foremost, I do have decades on experience in athletics and I have multiple skills. I do have specialties, such as kettlebell lifting, but I also pride myself of being to improve anyones fitness under any circumstances. If we are training at my studio, I have a good selection of equipments to tackle most goals. If we are working outside, I still have multiple ways for us to work on your goals. Do you practice a sport and would like to compliment it with my training - I can do that very well. Fat loss? Strength training? bring it on.

I do have my limitations however and if what you are looking for is something I can not do above par I will refer you to a specialist. I am very fortunate to count with a very strong and vast network of professionals with specialties related to human performance and I can always help you find a good solution to your goals. So, please don't hesitate to ask.

Lastly, I do prefer to train students at my studio but I'm flexible depending on distances and level of commitment.

How do we do this?

We start with an email. Shoot me a line with and general description of what you'd like to achieve. You can say "..I want to increase my core strength before my next marathon and I need to fit it in my running schedule..." for example. Or "...I'm a stay home mom and I want to keep weight off. I'm also concerned I get out of breath just by picking up my children toys from the family room floor..." You get the idea. Make sure to mention time availability at this point as well.

If we are able to coordinate and schedule the time needed we will do a few assessment evaluations and write a plan and get started.

How much does it cost?

The cost per individual session is $85 an hour. Special pricing for packages, clinics and small groups available

I do offer discounts to those enrolling for multiple sessions. Discounts are available when purchasing 4 or more sessions up to 24 sessions. I don't provide farther discounts at this point for longer periods of time but you would benefit greatly from a long term relationship. Consistency is the only way to great achievements, but it all depends on your goals.
