I really do not know what I would do without Colorado Kettle Bells and especially Nicholas Rithner. I met Nico when I was just getting serious about getting back into shape and I cannot begin to express what a difference he has made. After doing kettle bell training for about 3 months now, I cannot imagine going back to more traditional weight training – the combination of strength, endurance, flexibility, and athleticism required to excel at kettle bells makes it ideal for people wanting a comprehensive workout. 
Nico's knowledge of the sport combined with his ability to formulate excellent training regimens geared to incremental progress has given me the platform to steadily increase my strength, endurance, and flexibility; but most of all to see the opportunity to gain in all of the above in a safe and measured manner far into the future. Nico understands the value and importance of steady progress – he pushes me hard, but never in ways that risk injury. 
I know from other trainees who have been doing the sport much longer than I have and who have worked with other kettle bell trainers that Nicholas Rithner is the best in the business. Every other person that I have worked out with who have trained with other instructors in the past have all independently announced something like “I just wish I had learned from Nico from the start.” I count myself fortunate to have started my kettle bell training with Nico and I look forward to continuing for many years to come.

From powerlifting to kettlebells, Nico is a great instructor who really knows his stuff. He makes the workouts fun and has a great balance of pushing hard without overdoing it. I got great results and have improved my strenth and KB technique considerably. I would definitely recommend Nico Rithner for either private lessons or group sessions.

I have been doing Kettlebell training for a few months.  My husband also has been training.  We both have noticed much improvement in our strength and flexibility.  Last year we began doing some yoga tapes and we considered them a workout.  Now they are simply a stretching exercise - they are such a light workout for us now.  People have noticed that there is much more muscle tone in my arms, I feel stronger now and hope to keep improving!

I took Nico's class, with an emphasis on the competition kettlebell lifts. During a competition, I was able to knock out 82 reps with a 24k kettlebell in the snatch phase of competition. Not bad for a guy in his fifties weighing 160 pounds. Nico is very intent on fine tuning training of all kinds, and never settling for the party line. His enthusiasm is boundless.

I have recentlly begun Kettelbell trainning with nicolas rithner to improve the strength trainning portion of my workout. I am a Massage Therapist and staying strong, healthy, and active is an important part of my job. I can not express enough how much I love this workout. It is like a combination or strength trainning and pilaties, making you very aware of body movement and core strength. Four months ago, I had no idea what to do with a Kettle Bell. Since then, it's been quite a learning curve! I was looking for a different kind of weight training, and I found it! Nico, from Argentina, has made Kettle Bell training fun, interesting, challenging, but always a positive experience.
