Coach Nico Rithner's Kettlebell Training Program
The system focuses on the development of strength endurance; coordination; balance; joint health and increased range of motion about the joints. Throughout the whole program the student is exposed to hundreds of techniques and a great variety of protocols.
The format utilized in this program allows students from all levels of fitness to train simultaneously and get a tremendous workout.

Coach Nico Rithner's Kettlebell programs have been designed to increase strength without bulk. These feature was introduced with the military in mind but it’s ideal for cyclists; climbers; wrestlers; and any athlete who needs to increase his strength without putting weight or getting big. For those who need to gain size we have a great array of routines in storage without having to become un-athletic with bodybuilding routines. These programs have been utilized as part of the strength and conditioning of a D1 rugby team and as part of training sessions with the USA National Rugby - men sevens team, Army; Fire department and among other.

Training
Currently Coach Nico Rithner is only coaching during his training time Monday-Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. The time varies slightly up or down depending on what type of training is taking place that day.
Sessions are held at Nico's address in a small but very well equipped studio.
The focus of the training sessions is the training for American Rules kettlebell sport. This involves the training of strength and endurance. Coach Nico methods involve cross training but the "meat and potatoes" of the sessions is always kettlebell lifting.
Students have lost weight rapidily doing this type of training while getting athletic and strong. The space is limited, please call in advance.
